Accessibility and Compliance

Companies have a legal and moral obligation to comply with online accessibility and advertising guidelines.

It can be a legal liability, in terms of discrimination or regulatory contravention, if a company’s website is not easily accessible to those with a disability, such as; impaired sight, hearing or motor abilities, or offers products and services restricted by the countries that they are promoted.

We strongly recommend that all companies should have a policy for compliance with accessibility and regulatory guidelines.
